This guide walks you through the Stax merchant enrollment process in Upswello.

Overview

Stax provides payment processing for Upswello shops. To accept payments, you must complete the enrollment process.

Enrollment Steps

Step 1: Business Information

Provide your business details:

  • Legal business name
  • DBA name (if applicable)
  • Business email and phone
  • Business address
  • Business type and industry

All business information fields are required to proceed with enrollment.

Step 2: Payment Setup

Configure your bank account for payouts:

  • Bank account details
  • Routing number
  • Account verification

Step 3: Documents

Upload required documents:

  • Business license
  • Tax identification documents
  • Identity verification

Step 4: Review and Submit

Review all information and submit your application for underwriting.

Enrollment Status

Track your enrollment progress in the Settings > Billing section:

  • Draft - Application not yet started
  • In Progress - Application being completed
  • Submitted - Awaiting underwriting review
  • Approved - Account active and ready to process payments
  • Rejected - Application requires corrections

SSO Access

Once enrolled, you can access the Stax portal directly from Upswello using Single Sign-On (SSO).
